Terms of use

Version of October 11, 2026

These terms govern the use of Feu vert, a service of MCusson. By creating an account, the company accepts them. They are written in French; this English version applies only if the company chose it at sign-up, after reading the French version.

The service

Feu vert helps a contractor track their subcontractors’ RBQ licence, Revenu Québec and CNESST attestations and insurance, and keeps a dated trace of what was checked and received.

Feu vert isn’t legal advice. It replaces neither the checks the law asks you to make yourself (for example an attestation’s authenticity in Mon dossier pour les entreprises), nor the RBQ’s official registry.

Registry data

Licence data comes from the RBQ’s open data, as published. It may lag or contain errors. Check the official registry before any important decision.

Your account

The account owner manages the team and the subscription. Keep your passwords confidential. You’re responsible for what is done with your team’s accounts and for the accuracy of what you enter.

You ask for documents only from subcontractors you do business with.

Subscription

The subscription is paid in advance, monthly or yearly, by card, through Stripe. The first subscription starts with a 14-day free trial; nothing is charged if you cancel before it ends.

You can cancel any time: access lasts until the end of the paid period, with no refund for the current period. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice.

Your data

What you enter belongs to you. You can export records as PDFs at any time, and delete the company and all its data.

Liability

We do our best to keep the service available and accurate, without guaranteeing it. To the extent the law allows, MCusson’s liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the last 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec. Questions: [email protected].
