(01) What costs you

Four ways to pay for someone else’s mistake.

Feu vert watches each one and tells you what to do before it costs you anything.

  1. 01

Their RBQ licence left the registry mid-project.

Feu vert The registry is compared every morning. You know the same day.

  2. 02

Revenu Québec requires their attestation, and it has expired.

Feu vert Feu vert adds up your contracts with them: from $25,000 in a year, the attestation is required. It reminds you of the deadlines: 7 days to receive it, 10 days to check that it’s genuine.

  3. 03

The CNESST claims the contributions your subcontractor never paid.

Feu vert At the end of each contract, Feu vert reminds you to ask the CNESST for the compliance attestation, then keeps it on file.

  4. 04

Their insurance expired three weeks ago.

Feu vert The renewed certificate is asked of them before it expires. Not of you.

(02) How it works

Three steps. Then Feu vert works on its own.

  1. Find them in the registry

Their name or number is enough: their licence, subcategories and status come from the RBQ’s registry. Tick the work you hire them for.

  2. Ask for their documents

They get a personal link, no account, and drop off their Revenu Québec attestation and insurance certificate. You accept them in one click.

  3. Follow the lights

Red, yellow or green for each subcontractor. A digest in the morning, an alert if their licence changes, and their PDF record the day someone asks.

(05) Questions

What people ask us.

Where does the RBQ data come from?

From the list of active licences the RBQ publishes every day on Données Québec, the government’s open data site. Feu vert imports it every morning and compares it with the day before.

Do my subcontractors need an account?

No. They get a personal link by email and drop off their documents there. Reminders go out once a week at most.

Does Feu vert check the Revenu Québec attestation for me?

No: the law asks you to check its authenticity yourself in Mon dossier pour les entreprises. Feu vert reminds you of the 10th-day deadline and keeps proof that you did.

Is this legal advice?

No. Feu vert gathers the facts and the dates. For a specific case, talk to your lawyer or your association.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the paid period and can export your records as PDFs.

Your next payment deserves a green light.
